Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
This policy explains what happens to personal data in connection with the website pmctagency.com, operated by PMCT Store LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, trading online as PMCT Agency (referred to here as "we", "us" or "the company").
We have written this to describe what the website actually does today, not what a template assumes it might do. If that changes, this page changes with it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
PMCT Store LLC
1065 SW 8TH ST PMB 5590, Miami, FL 33130, United States
Florida document number L24000304777

2. What this website collects
This website is a static, informational site. It has no contact form, no login, no shopping cart and no newsletter signup.
- No cookies are set by us. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, personalisation or any other purpose.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third party tracking script on this site.
- No content loaded from third parties. All fonts, styles and images are served from this website itself, so simply visiting the site does not disclose your visit to any other company beyond our hosting provider.
3. Server logs
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse. That typically includes your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser and operating system type.
We do not use this technical data to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with any other information. The legal basis for this processing, where the GDPR applies, is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare operates a global network, which means this data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Cloudflare's own privacy documentation describes the safeguards it applies.
4. If you email us
If you write to amenniti@pmctagency.com, we receive and store your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and to handle the matter you raised.
Our email is hosted on Google Workspace, a service of Google LLC, which therefore processes those messages on our behalf. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship or for as long as applicable accounting and tax rules require, and then we delete it.
5. What we never do
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not rent or trade it.
- We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not build advertising profiles from visits to this site.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We disclose personal data only to the service providers named above who help us run the site and our email, or where we are legally required to do so.
6. Our products and third party platforms
We sell our digital products through established third party platforms. When you buy something there, that platform, and not this website, collects and processes your purchase and payment data as the seller of record or the payment processor, under its own privacy policy and terms. Please read the policy of the platform you are buying through. Payment card details are never collected or stored by us.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, write to amenniti@pmctagency.com. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and within one month where the GDPR applies. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you believe we have handled your data improperly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
9. Changes to this policy
If we add anything to the site that changes what is described here, for example an analytics tool, an advertising pixel or a contact form, we will update this page and change the date at the top before or at the time that feature goes live.
